You receive it as standard with every order. For manufacturers dealing with the July 2026 deadline, this is one of the most important things to get right before the clock runs out.

We ship via air freight as standard. We made this decision because sea freight from Europe is no longer predictable. Air freight costs more per kilogram, but it means your production schedule is not at the mercy of global shipping disruptions. For commercial orders we also recommend maintaining a 4 to 8 week buffer stock of your core flavors. We can advise on how to structure this when you move past the sample stage.

The sample stage is open to any serious manufacturer regardless of current volume. What matters is that you’re evaluating with the intention to move to commercial supply. Commercial orders do require minimum volumes that make the import economics work for both sides. We’ll be transparent about those numbers during the sample conversation so there are no surprises.

European flavor houses have decades of investment in formulation complexity — the kind of layered, evolving profiles that hold up across a full vape session and differentiate a premium liquid from a commodity one.
